At UK Biz Signs we do not hide behind automated telephones, and as you can see we are happy for our customers to know where we are, in fact if you are in the neighbourhood, you are welcome to pop in to see samples of what we could do for you're company.

Always the best way to get things moving, give us a call on 0161 477 2306 and one of our team will be happy to give you advice, arrange a site visit or arrange and estimate to be sent to you for any work you may have.

By e-mail:
Again another great way to get in touch with us, just send an e-mail to info@ukbizsigns.co.uk and we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours with an estimate or advice.

Artwork:
If you are providing your own artwork and require banners, large format printing, canvas printing, or any other printed items then the best way is to e-mail the artwork to us or to send us a CD/DVD in the post (see contact page)

Formats:
All artwork sent should be in any of the following; jpg, pdf, psd, ai, or eps.
generally we use Photoshop, Illustrator, and quark, but remember to either save all artwork to outline, or send us the fonts used.

Colour:
As all printing machinery differs, we like to let our customers know that there may be slight variations in colour to the samples that they have run out on there office printer. This is due to the different inks and RIP software used, we use solvent UV stable inks to allow for daylight conditions.
It is always best to give us pantone references for us to get a close as possible to (the results may vary as pantone's are a solid ink and large format uses 6 colour inks, Cyan, Light Cyan, Magenta, Light Magenta, Yellow and Black)

Artwork Guide

Our preferred file type for artwork submission is an editable, uncompressed PDF.

All images should be embedded into the file, supplied at 300dpi, 100% scale and CMYK

All full colour artwork files should be set up as CMYK.
Convert all RGB images and colours to CMYK

Convert all spot colours to process CMYK for digital printing (Pantone matching cannot be guaranteed for digital printing)

Convert text to outlines to prevent missing font issues, please make sure all text in your document is converted to outlines.

Resolution
Any pixel based images in your artwork should either be embedded or supplied with your files. They should be supplied at a resolution of 300dpi, 100% scale, as this prevents the final print looking pixelated.
